Who we are

Our social sports mission

S3 Padel is part of the Social Sports Society group, an organisation founded to reimagine how communities engage with sport and wellbeing.

Led by CEO Tom Rooney, Social Sports Society is building a network of innovative, accessible venues that transform underused spaces into vibrant social and fitness hubs – with S3 Padel at the forefront.

As one of Social Sports Society’s flagship projects, S3 Padel is redefining how people connect through sport, using padel as its anchor.

More than just courts, S3 Padel promotes accessibility, inclusion, and community impact – creating spaces where people of all ages and backgrounds come together.

At the core of its mission is a pledge of 250,000 hours of free court time over the next five years for schools, charities, and community organisations.

Community through activity

To some, it’s social impact. To us, it’s at the core of who we are. We create melting pots by bringing communities together through sports – bridging a wide range of demographics. With our model, we can provide free sports to kids and families that are unable to afford it, as well as education and jobs for local youth & youth at risk.

Through our padel program alone, we are aiming to provide 600 kids with a free hour of padel for every court we build. In a 10 court centre this would be 6000 hours of free play for kids.

We can improve sports participation while strengthening the local society.
