Rachel is our Director of Growth & Development and brings multi-disciplinary expertise in the built environment having trained in architecture where she was awarded a European Architectural Medal for Societal Impact. Having recently led the Research & Strategy team for one of UK’s leading social housing developers, she believes that to create inclusive places, hands-on research and policy advocacy must be integrated into a design process that responds to local need. She knows that people get the best out of her and loves finding new ways to collaborate across different sectors to maximise social impact.
In our team, Rachel will be working alongside our customers and partners to co-create our design toolkit and establish our approach to human-centred design. She will also be leading several key workstreams as part of the overall design, build, and launch of our venues.
Outside of work, you will find Rachel curating food and film related events for the Camden Chinese Community Centre where she volunteers or plotting her next travels around surfing.
