Shea Judge

Shay has worked in senior roles at multinational retail brands including Jigsaw and White Stuff, together with Barclays Bank and Octopus Investments. Most recently, she was Head of Finance at Nightcap Plc. She is a SAICA-qualified finance director with a diverse experience across large and small organisations, and leads the financial arm of our company, supporting our rapid growth and investment; creating budgets and financial forecasts; improving processes; managing compliance and reporting. Born in South Africa, Shay’s earliest sporting memory is playing ice hockey, atypical for a hot climate but apparently ‘thrilling and unique’. A fan of a South African Braai – a traditional barbecue and cultural gathering – Shay is our unofficial team social coordinator.
