Our C.E.O, Tom Rooney, has an extensive background in expansion of national resturant groups, with Operations Director roles within The Gaucho Group (circa 90mil turnover). Tom was also C.O.O with Tomahawk Steakouse for 4 years before moving into competitive socialising venues for the Lane7 Group where he set up a new concept from inception with the founder. LEVEL X – A multi faceted venue with Go Karting, Bowling, Virtual Reality Group Sports, Karaoke, Interactive Darts and Golf, Shuffleboard and Pool Tables along with Axe Throwing, Arcades, Rides and a huge bar and food offering.
