We’re currently looking for team members in the Brent Cross area of London, where we’ll be launching a multi-sport venue in August 2024. As well as central Manchester in the Autumn 2024. We have further venues planned in London, Birmingham and the Midlands.
About the role
We’re looking for high energy and motivated individuals who are team players who can help build our padel and multi-sport venue communities.
Roles are available from the pre-launch of our upcoming venues. Contact us (with a little info on yourself and we’ll send a full job description to you), if you have the skills and attributes to:
- Help drive pre- and post-launch sales (commission available in addition to salary).
- Support the Marketing team’s efforts, on and offline strategies.
- Provide high energy and excellent customer service, engaging and building relationships with customers, encouraging them to become repeat venue customers.
- Work with all stakeholders to assist in the delivery of coaching, intro sessions, courses and all other projects operated from your venue.
- Provide exceptional teamwork and support to other team members, whilst ensuring a positive workplace culture and environment.
About you
- High energy, with the ability to build rapport and engage with a wide range of people.
- Enjoys playing sport and helping others become more active and participate in sport.
- Ideally, padel, tennis or other sport coaching experience or qualifications but a passion for sport and people is just as important. Padel training course and qualifications will be provided.
- Willingness to undertake professional development (CPD) by participating in staff development and training activities.
- Local network to promote your Social Sports Community to, desired.
